COMPLAINTS
Service Standards
We have several hundred clients each year, we aim to
provide a high level of service to all of our clients,
but sometimes things may go wrong.
Complaints and constructive comments will be dealt with.
Complaints will be investigated and you will be informed
of the findings.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about how we are dealing with
your lessons, you should in the first instance discuss
it with your instructor. Failing agreement or settlement
refer the matter in writing to the driving school, who
will consider the matter and advise you of their
conclusion.
Failing Agreement
If agreement or settlement is not reached, reference may
be made to the DSA's registrar of approved driving
instructors who will consider the matter and advise
accordingly.
